Check-in time is 15:00 from Monday to Thursday, and check-out time is 12:00 noon.
Check-in time is 17:00 from Friday to Sunday, consecutive holidays and the day before holidays, and check-out time is 12 noon.
▴ Extra person fee (over 120 cm) is NT$700 per person (breakfast and supplies included, extra bed service not provided).
▴ Smoking is prohibited in the entire museum, and pets (except guide dogs) are prohibited. Violators will be charged a disinfection and cleaning fee of up to NT$6,000.

Cancellation on the day of stay 100% of the deposit amount will be charged (non-refundable)
80% of the deposit amount will be charged within 1 day before the accommodation date (20% will be refunded)
70% of the deposit amount will be charged within 2-3 days before the accommodation date (30% will be refunded)
60% of the deposit amount will be charged within 4-6 days before the accommodation date (40% will be refunded)
50% of the deposit amount will be charged within 7-9 days before the accommodation date (50% will be refunded)
Within 10-13 days before the accommodation date 30% of the deposit amount will be charged (70% will be refunded)
14 days before the accommodation date (including 14 days) 0% of the deposit amount will be charged (100% refunded)
